Healthier homemade pickles

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups white vinegar
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp stevia
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • Desired vegetables

Instructions

Step 1:
Mix and boil vinegar, peppercorn, coriander seeds, dill, stevia and salt in a medium saucepan.

Step 2:
Combine veggies with garlic and tightly pack into a quart-sized glass jar with a lid. Pour in the hot liquid until the veggies are completely submerged.

Step 3:
Close the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 day before serving.
