Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen fruit
- 2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (non-fat greek)
- ½ Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1:
Blend the frozen strawberries, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lemon juice until creamy.
Step 2:
Smooth the top. Press a piece of parchment against the top of the yogurt to prevent ice crystals from forming

Step 3:
Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
