Make your own chocolate cups—and skip the additives! This recipe is naturally gluten free, dairy free and vegan. All you need is 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
10 oz bag dairy-free dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons extra virgin coconut oil
2 tablespoons all-natural fruit preserves
2 tablespoons almond butter
*Dash of sea salt (optional)
Directions
1. Melt chocolate
Heat chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan on stove over low heat until melted, making sure they don’t burn.

2. Pour base
Spread about 1 heaping teaspoon of melted chocolate into each of the 12 mini muffin pan liners.

3. Add filling
Scoop about ½ teaspoon of jelly and a ½ teaspoon of almond butter into each cup.

4. Top it off
Pour remaining chocolate into each cup. Add salt to taste.

5. Freeze & Enjoy!
Transfer pan to freezer to set. Cups will be ready in as little as 10 minutes!
