Bleach strips out color—and healthy hair cuticles—often resulting in breakage. Here’s what to do to get your hair back to healthy and strong.

1. Treat yourself!
Rehydrate your hair with a deep conditioning mask once a week. Comb through wet hair and leave in for 3+ minutes, rinse and shine!

2. Scale back on the studs
Over-washing means dehydrating, which is a no-no for your porous strands. Shampoo no more than every other day, substituting with dry shampoo when needed.

3. Hydrate, moisturize & repeat
Lightly spray a leave-in conditioner to your wet and washed roots to eliminate frizz and restore shine.
