In a large bowl, add 1 Tbsp. Castile soap and ½ cup epsom salts to warm water. Soak feet for at least 15 minutes. Once soaked, pat feet dry and use a generous amount of the shea scrub to buff away callouses (PRO TIP: use on dry feet for a more vigorous scrub). Rinse and follow up with a foot massage with an ultra-hydrating body butter and lock moisture in with some cozy socks .

Use the scrub on a damp, freshly cleaned face to buff away impurities. Rinse away, pat dry and apply the exfoliating mask for about 5 minutes. Rinse and give tired facial muscles a massage with an anti-aging and hyper-hydrating facial treatment oil, using upward strokes to encourage lymphatic drainage.

As we age, our hair naturally oxidizes, creating more brittle and dull strands. This regimen restores balance to overtired scalps and adds moisture and shine. Start with a soothing scalp massage using the Rosemary hair treatment. Rosemary naturally stimulates healthy hair growth by clarifying follicles! Leave in and mix the juice of one lemon (to add shine) with 1-2 Tbsp. castor oil (to smooth and strengthen) and apply to the rest of dry hair from scalp to root. Leave it in for 30 or more minutes with a hair wrap or shower cap to build heat and promote penetration. Rinse hair and use a clarifying shampoo to remove any leftover oils. Let hair air dry.
